Technical Description
A very fine and extremely rare 19th century Bristol Blue glass claret jug.
Original stopper with a poring section to the front. Beautifully engraved with fruiting vine with a band of flute cuts around the bottom. Star cut base.
Date & Origin
England, c1830. Period of William IV.
Condition
Excellent, age-related wear as shown. No chips cracks or restoration, clean and clear.
