Technical Description

An exceptional example of a Double Ended wine and dram glass dating to c1800.

On one end we have a deceptive toastmaster bowl seperated by three chushion knops to a cup dram bowl with a snapped pontil.

Excellent, no chips cracks or restoration

Comments

This glass comes from the Michael Wallis collection which took over 45 years to build and contains over 250 drinking glasses, covering all forms from the 18th century, many exceptionally rare. They will all be presented by Exhibit over the coming weeks and months. 

One of a number of fine double-ended glasses contained within the collection.
