Technical Description
An superb 19th-century wine glass dating to 1873.
It has a round funnel bowl finly engraved with ferns and the initials SAT with flute cutting below. Baluster knops above and below a hollow ball knop containing a silver sixpence coin dated 1873. Star cut foot.

This glass comes from the Michael Wallis collection which took over 45 years to build and contains over 250 drinking glasses, covering all forms from the 18th century, many exceptionally rare. They will all be presented by Exhibit over the coming weeks and months.
