Technical Description
An 18th-century glass coin tankard dating to c1791
It has applied trailing around the rim with a hollow applied strap handle. Gadriined base above hollow knop containing a silver shilling dated 1791. Conical foot with polished pontil.

Excellent, no chips cracks or restoration

This glass comes from the Michael Wallis collection which took over 45 years to build and contains over 250 drinking glasses, covering all forms from the 18th century, many exceptionally rare. They will all be presented by Exhibit over the coming weeks and months.
