Technical Description
A very fine early 19th-century glass rummer with an ovoid bowl above a capstan stem and lemon squeezer square foot.
The bowl has been engraved with 'SPEED THE PLOUGH with a shield containing farming tools and a plough.
Glasses proclaiming success to the farming industry are quite rare and this is only the 2nd Speed The Plough example we have can in the last 3 years.

Condition
Excellent, age-related wear as shown. Some minor chips to the corners of the square foot.
