A unique Mike Hunter "Chicago Patch" glass Vase.
A mix of techniques on this blown vase featuring Tesserae, Zanfirico, Merleto, retro a film rondel's with an Incalmo top.
Finished with a single white rose cane.
An enormous amount of skill, effort, and time. All the canes are set up loose on a plate and the roll-up technique is used to pick them up. The roll-up technique dates back to 1527.
This unique design was inspired after watching traffic in Chicago from a balcony overlooking Millennium Square.
The base is signed M Hunter Twists 21.

Selkirk, Scotland c2021, Period of Elizabeth II.
Condition
Excellent, no chips cracks or restoration.
