Technical Description
An excellent 19th-century wine goblet made by Richardson and dating to c1870. It has a round funnel bowl with a Greek Key engraved below the rim with a frosted pattern below. Facet and slice cut inverted baluster knop stem above a conical foot with a star cut.

Excellent, age-related wear as shown. No chips cracks or restoration.

Historical Relevance
In the summer of 1871, the photographer William Henry Jackson took a number of photographs of Yellowstone. The scenery he captured was so remarkable that it led to the creation of the National Park.
