Technical Description
A 19th-century bristol blue glass water jug. It has a poring section to the front with rib moulding around the rim and an applied handle which has a raspberry prunt at the base. Polished pontil.
We are all familiar with Bristol blue wine glasses and decanters, however, finding a 19th-century water jug is a rare occurrence and we have only had one in the last 3 years.

Excellent, age-related wear as shown. No chips cracks or restoration
