Technical Description
A fine 18th-century opaque twist champagne glass. A lipped conical bowl transitions to a double series opaque twist stem. The stem is comprised of a pair of spiral threads outside a gauze. The conical foot has a rough pontil.

England, c1760. Period of George III.
Condition
Excellent, age-related wear as shown. No chips cracks or restoration.

Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time of "The Treaty of Hubertusburg", which put an end to the Seven Years' War between Prussia and Austria.
