Technical Description 

An 18th century facet cut dram glass. The round funnel bowl scale fact cuts to the base extending into the stem where they transition into diamond facet cuts. A conical foot which has a rough pontil.

Date & Origin 

England, c1780. Period of George III.

Condition

Excellent, age-related wear as shown.

Height: 11.5cm Bowl Diameter: 4.9cm Foot diameter: 5.8cm.

Historical Relevance 

Hand-blown around the time of The American Revolutionary War, more commonly known as the American War of Independence.
