Technical Description
A very unusual 19th-century wine glass with a heavy slice cut cup bowl above a slice cut collar above a hollow rib moulded stem.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time the first rugby international was played in Edinburgh, resulting in a 1–0 win by Scotland over England on the 27th of March 1871.
