Technical Description
A superb set of antique glass barrel whisky tumblers either by Thomas Webb or by Stuart. A band of fan and diamond cutting to the bowl and heavy solid star cut feet.
Historical Relevance
London's Albert Hall in South Kensington and was completed in 1871 in commemoration of Queen Victoria's husband Prince Albert. Designed by George Scott, it was intended to promote the period's arts and sciences, and commonly performed musical concerts. It is fronted by the Albert Memorial and close to the Victoria and Albert Museum.
