Technical Description
Spiralling cranberry glass plate from the Venetian glass manufacturer Salviati & C, Murano, produced under the ownership of Dr Antonio Salviati. Decorated with spiralling hand-blown wrythen moulding. Rough pontil and slag seed material consistent with its age.

Island of Murano, Italy, c1859-72.
Condition
Excellent, no chips cracks or restoration.
