Technical Description 

An engraved Georgian style opaque twist wine glass. The bowl is a pointed round funnel engraved with fruiting vines. A four ply spiral band outwith a spiral cable make up the stem. The conical foot has a rough pontil.

Historical Relevance 

Hand-blown around the time Amy Johnson became the first woman to fly solo from England to Australia on the 24th of may 1930.
