Technical Description
A very fine example of a Georgian double knop air twist wine glass. It has a small round funnel bowl above a multi spiral air twist stem which has both shoulder and basal swelling knops. Conical foot with a snapped pontil.
A very unusual form with excellent provenance.
Provenance.
The foot has its original Arthur Churchill and W Thomasson collection stickers.
