Technical Description
A rare Swiss Thoune teapot in blue with beautifully enamelled white and yellow Edelweiss. The teapot was made in Switzerland by Johann Wanzertied in the mid to late 19th century. Stamped on the base.
A very decorative piece and although you can find a number of Thoune pieces on line, we could not find another example of a teapot.
