Technical Description
A Victorian rummer dating to around 1870. It has a large conical bowl with a band of engraved leaves around the rim and slice cuts to the bowl which continues down the stem. Conical foot with snapped pontil.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time of the Franco-Prussian War, also known as the war of 1870 in France.
