Decanter: Excellent, clean and clear, minor loss of gilt, no chips cracks or restoration.
Stopper: has chips to the base of the peg.

Technical Description
A fine Bristol Blue Club decanter with its original lozenge stopper dating to the early 19th century. Gilded BRANDY label hung from a gilded neck ring. Polished pontil.
Comments
A good-sized example at 28cm, the average being around 22cm. The stopper has chips to the base of the peg...which most stoppers from that period have. A good usable decanter, simply wash in warm water and air dry between uses.
