Technical Description
Four excellent Anglo Irish glass rummers dating to around 1820. They have round funnel bowls with a band of blaze cuts above a pair of prism cuts and a field of large diamonds. Capstan stems on star cut feet.
Comments
The cutting style is usually associated with Cork, Ireland. You can see similar cut bowls on page 167 of 'Irish Glass' by Phelps Warren
