Technical Description
Engraved 19th century Masonic firing glass. The bucket bowl rests upon a large flattened ball knop and is engraved with SHERBORNE LODGE 1004. This is all supported by a thick firing foot with a polished pontil.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time The Forth Bridge, across the Firth of Forth in Scotland was opened to rail traffic, on the 4th of march 1890.
