Technical Description
A fine William IV decanter with its original bull's eye stopper. The neck has three applied neck rings with the base having a large polished pontil.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time the Earl Grey succeeded the Duke of Wellington as Prime Minister in 1830.
