Technical Description
A large tumbler with tapered sides. The bowl is engraved with Success to Mr Coopers Wagons above a windmill on a hill, birds in flight, a man with a whip and a carriage being pulled by four pairs of horses. Slice cutting around the base and a broad polished pontil.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time Maine was admitted as the 23rd U.S. state, and the end of the period known as the British Regency when George IV succeeded his father George III.
