Technical Description
A wonderful Scottish Dram glass dating to the 2nd half of the 19th century. It has a slice and facet cut thistle bowl above a long plain stem and foot with a polish pontil.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time the first rugby international was played in Edinburgh, resulting in a 1–0 win by Scotland over England on the 27th of March 1871.
