Technical Description
18th century petal moulded ale glass. Rib moulding flows from the base of the stem, through the ball knop and transitions to petal moulding on the conical bowl. A conical foot with a rough pontil supports the piece.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time Britain signed an agreement recognizing American independence in 1782.
