Technical Description
A large glass rummer dating to c1860 with a slice cut round funnel bowl engraved with a band of wild roses. Slice cut stem with a basal knop and a conical foot.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time John Alexander Reina Newlands produced the first periodic table of elements in 1864.
