Technical Description
A Saxon 18th century air twist wine glass dating to 1750. A fine two-piece glass with a bell bowl above a multi spiral air twist stem, the air twist also within the solid section at the base of the bowl. A conical foot with a rough pontil.
Historical Relevance
A fine two-piece construction with the air twist starting at the base of the bowl. Made in Saxony, Germany in the mid 18th century, this is a fine example and part of the Scott Falk collection.
