A rather delightful pair of Art Deco bookends in the form of carved black bords with glass eyes. Very unusual subject matter and well carved.
Historical Relevance
Hand-made around the time the tallest man-made structure at the time, the Chrysler Building in New York City, opened to the public on the 27th of May 1930.
