Technical Description
A Caithness Crystal rummer dating to 1971. A large round funnel engraved with the words National Trust For Scotland 1931-1971 with an engraved castle on the opposite side of the bowl. Solid stem with MMc/71 engraved on the base.
Historical Relevance
This could well be the year that marked the start of the digital age when the Microprocessor was invented
